The woman at the center of a viral video in which she is accused of making discriminatory remarks to a father and his child was back in court Tuesday. Lindsay Hansen smiled as an NBC Bay Area crew took photos of her during her appearance at the Hall of Justice. Hansen was arrested on charges that include stalking and hate crimes after she allegedly approached the father and child while in her vehicle earlier this month. Police say she is also responsible for other incidents in San Jose, including one at a high school. Hansen’s court appearance Tuesday was continued. She is due back in court Thursday morning.
