Bulgaria to Host 15th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region in November

Bulgaria’s Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works will host the 15th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) on November 3 and 4. The forum is the main event of Bulgaria’s 2026 EUSDR Presidency. In 2026, Bulgaria holds the rotating presidency of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, which brings together 14 countries to cooperate on common challenges and opportunities in the region. Bulgaria’s presidency is being conducted under the motto “Bridging Regions, Building Cohesion: A Stronger Danube for All,” with a focus on reducing economic, social and territorial disparities and making better use of macro-regional cooperation to promote balanced development across the Danube Region.
