UK Needs 'Sovereign Level of Compute,' AI Minister Says

UK Artificial Intelligence Minister Kanishka Narayan discusses government policy around the adoption of AI and safety concerns about the technology. Britain needs a "sovereign level of compute," Narayan tells Bloomberg's Caroline Hepker on the sidelines of the governing Labour Party's annual conference in Liverpool.
