Minky Couture has come a long way from a single blanket made for a daughter in a hospital bed. Now, the Utah-born luxury blanket company is making room for its next phase of growth with a second corporate office: its new 26,000-square-foot space in Draper, Utah. The company is taking over the fourth floor of Minuteman Office Plaza, giving Minky Couture a more centralized presence along the Wasatch Front. Its first corporate office in Ogden will continue as usual.
