First responders save woman and dog trapped in culvert near Pueblo

First responders pulled a woman and her dog to safety after they became trapped in a flooded culvert near Fountain Creek, which is north of Pueblo. The emergency call came in at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 9 near Stratmoor Valley Park, where rising water had reached the woman's neck.
