Drunk-driving Uzulnieks could face up to a year in prison

Reinis Uzulnieks, the former Minister for Welfare, who was caught driving whilst heavily intoxicated and has since been expelled from his party, has been accused under Section 262(1.1) of the Criminal Law for driving with a blood alcohol level of at least 1.5 per mille, Latvian Television reports on September 30.
