Lane closures underway at Grant Ave., Roosevelt Blvd. for water main repairs

The Philadelphia Water Department announced it will implement lane closures at the intersection of Grant Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard starting Wednesday for necessary water main repairs. Officials said the work is expected to take two weeks, beginning Sept. 30. According to the Water Department, both roads will remain open to traffic, but drivers should expect delays due to the lane closures. No full detours are planned as part of the work.
