Store-bought shelters a consideration for Latvia

To date, the main focus in establishing a network of bomb shelters in Latvia has been on identifying and adapting the basements of existing state and local authority buildings. One of the next steps involves industrially manufactured shelters. The Ministry of Economics is currently preparing standard documentation for the procurement of such shelters, Latvian Radio reported on September 28.
