Presidential Candidate Gurov Offers Transparency, Clear Rules and No Compromise on Principles

Presidential candidate Andrey Gurov visited Montana on Monday and met voters at the Zhitomir Hotel. "At the October 25 presidential election, [my running mate] Georgi Kandev and I are a clear alternative," Gurov said. "We offer transparency, clear rules that apply to everyone, and no compromise on them. I promise to be a voice for your views and amplify them so they can be heard." He said that in foreign policy he would defend the principle that countries' borders must not be changed by force and that the world should be governed by the rule of law, not by the law of force. In domestic policy, the Gurov-Kandev ticket will seek to encourage more people to return to Bulgaria and reduce the number of people who feel compelled to seek a life abroad because of the country's political, social or economic environment.
