Minor found unresponsive at Shenandoah Park in Miami, police say

An investigation is underway after a juvenile was found unresponsive at a park in Miami on Friday, according to police. Miami Fire Rescue was called to Shenandoah Park, where they found the minor, of unknown age, and took them to Ryder Trauma Center. Authorities said foul play is not suspected at this time, and Miami District 3 Commissioner Rolando Escalona said in an Instagram post that the park was closed for the day for a “non-criminal investigation.” Meanwhile, Chopper6 video shows investigators looking inside and outside a slide on the playground.
