"RINO ALERT": Right-wing media are mad at Maria Salazar's new ad criticizing Trump's immigration enforcement

Right-wing media are lashing out at Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar's (R-FL) newest campaign ad criticizing the Trump administration for going “too far” on immigration enforcement, with some calling it an “overt betrayal.” Right-wing podcast host Harrison Smith even called for Salazar's deportation after watching the ad. Spanish-language right-wing media were more divided. Some lobbed criticism at Salazar and accused her of being “arrogant” and “not from the MAGA base” while others argued she made the ad because a “poll has shown she’s on the verge of losing her seat” and called her argument “absolutely sensible.”
