Seven-bedroom villas to be built in Dubai's Nad Al Sheba under D1 billion luxury living master plan

Hundreds of new homes will be built under a Dh1 billion expansion plan in a growing Dubai community in the latest step in the emirate's long-term drive to keep pace with a sustained population boom. Property developer Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract to GCC Contracting to construct 272 new villas and townhouses at Nad Al Sheba Gardens. The development in the gated community includes 130 villas, ranging from four to seven bedrooms and 142 three-bedroom townhouses, alongside pool houses, essential utilities and infrastructure works. Construction is already under way on the luxury residential scheme, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028. The master plan will help to support an expected surge in residents in the Nad Al Shaba district, which is located about 10 minutes away from Downtown Dubai and provides strong access links to Meydan Racetrack and Dubai International Airport.
