Mexican Navy's ‘Cuauhtémoc' ship sails under Golden Gate Bridge ahead of 4-day visit

A Mexican Navy tall ship sailed into the San Francisco Bay on Wednesday morning for a four-day goodwill visit. The ARM Cuauhtemoc BE-01 is expected to pass beneath the Golden Gate Bridge around 8:45 a.m. before berthing at Piers 15-17 on The Embarcadero. Visitors can tour the ship during the following hours: Wednesday, noon to 3:30 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. to noon and 4 to 8 p.m.; Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The ship is scheduled to depart at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, officials said.
