Sri Lanka: 15 convicted over Easter bombings

Sri Lanka’s 2019 Easter bombings, one of the deadliest attacks in the country’s history, killed more than 260 people. After a trial lasting nearly five years, 15 men have now been convicted over the attacks, which were inspired by the Islamic State group. All those convicted are members of Sri Lanka’s Muslim minority. Ellen Gainsford reports on their sentences.
