Government Introducing Near-Total Ban on Gambling Advertising, PM Radev Says

Prime Minister Rumen Radev said at the start of Wednesday's weekly Cabinet meeting that the government was introducing a near-total ban on gambling advertising. The sole exception would be advertising on sports kits and facilities to support sport, he said. Radev said the government was introducing a much stricter system of regulation and oversight for the gambling sector to improve transparency, ensure fairer taxation and curb gambling addiction.
