In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we remember that God's grace and salvation is given equally. "A landowner went out to hire workers for his vineyard. Some were hired early in the morning and others near the end of the day, when time came to pay their wages as agreed beforehand. Those hired later in the day received a full daily wage. The early workers, who had done most of the work and expected more, received the same daily wage. They grumbled that this was unfair. "Their reaction reveals our human tendency to assume that more time and more effort equals greater reward. We project this onto our relationship with God, presuming that heaven is earned based on how good we have been. "The shocking point of Jesus's story is that the gift of forgiveness and heaven depends not on the length of service or our good works for God, but is solely determined by his grace and generosity.
