Robbers targeting women walking into or out of banks in Northeast Philly: Police

Residents of Northeast Philadelphia are being warned to remain vigilant after a string of robberies have targeted women walking alone into or out of banks, police said. According to police, at least four robberies since Aug. 5 in Northeast Philadelphia have targeted lone women as they enter or leave banks. The robberies have all occurred between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. and police said that multiple vehicles have been used.
