Wizz Air Launches Year-Round Direct Service between Sofia and Berlin

Wizz Air has launched year-round direct flights between Sofia and Berlin, operating four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, the airline's press office said. Since launching operations in Bulgaria, Wizz Air has carried more than 34 million passengers to and from the country, while it has operated more than 15,000 flights so far this year, according to the company. Earlier in September, Wizz Air announced that it would gradually resume flights to four destinations in the Middle East from October 25: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; Amman, Jordan; and Abu Dhabi and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
