SAN SEBASTIÁN — Pablo Larraín arrives for our interview at the Hotel María Cristina, having just flown in from a film set he will return to in four days. The Chilean writer/director has essentially been pulled out of production on his next film, “Once,” to premiere his latest work at the San Sebastián International Film Festival .
