Agents of the ATESH partisan movement disabled four relay cabinets on a railway line in the areas of Voronezh, Novovoronezh, Liski, and Ostrogozhsk in Russia’s Voronezh region, which is used to transport military supplies to Russian forces fighting on the Lyman axis.
