Russia continues systematically targeting Ukraine’s transport and logistics infrastructure. According to Ukrainian officials, the campaign intensified last fall, when Russia began using mesh-network technology to improve drone control and pursue moving rail targets. Belarus may have helped extend the threat to western Ukraine, including routes near the Polish border.
