EDF intel chief: Russian losses at over 10,000 soldiers for third consecutive week

Russian armed forces losses in the war of aggression against Ukraine have remained above 10,000 troops for the third consecutive week, exceeding the number of new soldiers being recruited, said Col. Ants Kiviselg, head of the EDF Intelligence Center.
