Latvia to buy Czech artillery system instead of original Swedish option

On Tuesday, September 15, the Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to purchase "Morana" 155 mm wheeled artillery systems from the Czech manufacturer Excalibur Army for the needs of the National Armed Forces instead of the Swedish "Archer" systems it originally said it would buy.
