Watch: Car hits bike, drags it for 100 metres on Delhi road; driver held

In a startling event on Africa Avenue Road, a parked motorcycle was hit by a car, which then pulled the bike along for 100 meters. The 21-year-old rider managed to fall without sustaining any major injuries. Law enforcement quickly arrested the 73-year-old driver at the scene, and charges were filed according to sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. Medical tests showed the driver had not been drinking.
