No verdict returned in Fredrick Scott trial, jury to continue deliberating Monday

The 12 jurors are being asked to decide if Scott is guilty of six counts of first-degree murder and six counts of armed criminal action. Scott is accused of killing six people: John Palmer, David Lenox, Timothy Rice, Mike Darby, Karen Harmeyer and Steven Gibbons. Most of those killings happened near the Indian Creek Trail.
