Storms to drench South Florida, may cause flooding in Broward on Thursday

Broward County roadways are seeing flooding due to a shows and storms over South Florida on Thursday. A stalled front combined with deep moisture brought periods of showers and a few storms in the morning. A flood advisory is in effect in Broward until 12 p.m. for minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. The National Weather Service advises drivers to avoid flooded roadways and take extra time to reach your destination safely. Remember: turn around, don’t drown.
