Voters in West Oahu’s state Senate District 20 now have clarity on who’s on the general election ballot, after a rocking primary. The state Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected incumbent Sen. Kurt Fevella’s appeal to get back into the race, after he’d lost a primary-election tie-breaker to Bob McDermott; that tie was broken by a drawing. The court said, in part, that Fevella’s appeal was filed too late.
