San Diego Padres 20 year-old rookie catcher Ethan Salas made homer history Wednesday night in a game against the Colorado Rockies. In the 2nd inning, Salas hit a 426 foot home run to center field for his first career MLB home run. In the 5th inning, Salas hit a 2-run homer for his second career MLB home run. Salas is the youngest catcher in MLB history with a multi-homer game. Quite a feat, considering Salas started his MLB career with 15 straight at bats without a hit. Salas got his first big league hit Sunday, and a few days later he showed off his home run power.
