Caltrans will close all northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 101 between Cesar Chavez and 17th streets in San Francisco beginning Friday night for work on the Hospital Curve rehabilitation project. Starting at 11 p.m, the closure will be in effect through the weekend and is scheduled to reopen by 6 a.m. Monday. More closures are planned for Oct. 2-4 and Oct. 16-18. The lanes are expected to reopen by 6 a.m. Saturday, with overnight closures continuing through Monday.
