Council for Electronic Media Hosts Annual Meeting of Black Sea Broadcasting Regulators

The Council for Electronic Media (CEM) is hosting the 13th annual meeting of the Black Sea Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum (BRAF), taking place in Sofia from September 16 to 18. The main theme of the forum is “Artificial Intelligence in the Media and Regulation.” Attending are representatives of media regulators from eight countries: Bulgaria, Albania, Armenia, Georgia, Greece, Romania, Serbia, and Turkiye. During the working sessions, participants will discuss how artificial intelligence is changing content creation, moderation and distribution, the future of media regulation in an AI-driven world, and opportunities for sharing good practices and strengthening regional cooperation. Culture Minister Evtim Miloshev, Bulgarian National Radio Director General Milen Mitev, and Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) Deputy Director General Evgenia Drumeva are among those attending.
