Two people were arrested over the weekend for hosting a pair of crowded Bonita house parties, with minors allegedly drinking alcoholic beverages, with a partygoer suspected of drunk driving and another allegedly possessing a firearm. Deputies initially responded to a report of vehicles blocking the roadway in the 5500 block of Amadita Lane, south of state Route 54 and west of SR-125. There they broke up the first of the two boozy social events late Friday night, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office. “Deputies contacted the homeowner and host,” Lt. Chris Galve said. “Approximately 75 juveniles dispersed from the area without incident as sheriff’s deputies and California Highway Patrol stood by.” As vehicles were leaving, CHP officers contacted and arrested a 17-year-old for a DUI, according to Galve.
