Russia Launches Kalibr Cruise Missiles Directly From Base, Ukraine Says

Ukraine’s navy said Russia has been launching the naval-based Kalibr missiles directly from port, instead of sending the warships out at sea, for four months in a row. Russia also reportedly has four vessels capable of launching the missile left in the Black Sea, with cruise missile launches relatively rare in recent months.
