Adnoc, XRG and Masdar on Friday announced agreements with German companies covering liquefied natural gas (LNG), renewable energy, advanced materials and technology. The deals will potentially enable more than €5 billion in investment, Adnoc said in a press release, and were signed during President Sheikh Mohamed's state visit to Germany. The new agreements will strengthen the partnership between Germany and the UAE, Adnoc said. The deals follow the announcement this week of €40 billion in intended long-term UAE investments in the country.
