ICE should halt use of ankle monitors on Haitian immigrants, faith leaders say

COLUMBUS — Officers with Immigration and Customs Enforcement should end the “dehumanizing and shameful practice of placing ankle monitors on people who have committed no crime,” faith leaders told Gov. Mike DeWine and several members of Ohio’s congressional delegation on Friday.
