Bulgaria supports the memorandum of understanding between Bulgarian satellite company EnduroSat and French rocket company Arianespace, Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Pekanov said in a video posted on his Facebook profile on Thursday. Pekanov is part of the Bulgarian delegation led by Prime Minister Rumen Radev attending the International Space Summit in Paris. Pekanov said the two companies would explore opportunities to launch in the future satellites manufactured and equipped in Bulgaria. He described the agreement as an important initiative for using the emerging space sector to attract new investment and create new opportunities, adding that Bulgaria was not merely one of the 120 participating delegations but was actively supporting the memorandum between the two companies.
