Now that her husband has left Fox News, Rachel Campos-Duffy is almost certainly the stupidest host at the network. That stupidity and/or dishonesty were on full display Thursday morning as she slobbered over Donald Trump’s attempt to bribe Americans into voting Republican by dangling the prospect of a $5,000 “dividend” to every adult citizen if Republicans keep control of Congress in the upcoming midterm elections. Trump is not paying out of the billions he has glommed from his current stint in the White House. He's trying to bribe us with our own money. Never mind that it would likely cost us more than $1 trillion of government money, according to The New York Times or that the scheme is also blatantly illegal.
