Woman dead, 9-year-old hurt in Interstate 95 crash, state troopers say

A woman is dead and a 9-year-old girl in the hospital after an early morning crash in Ormond Beach, state troopers say. Troopers say it happened around 7:45 a.m. on I-95 not far from the exit for U.S. 1.
