Student arrested for walking past police station with open beer container: University Heights Police Blotter

University Heights police arrested a Twinsburg man who was intoxicated and asleep in his car. The car was stopped partially in a John Carroll University driveway and also within Miramar Boulevard. Drugs and packaging material were found in his car.
