Despite several years of false starts, projects developed and then canceled like “ Silk: Spider Society ,” long stretches with little to show for the effort, and now one canceled series, apparently Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television are not ready to give up on their Spider-Man television experiment just yet. Prime Video canceled “ Spider-Noir ” after a single season last week. However, the companies are still developing multiple projects based on characters from Sony’s Spider-Man rights package—and apparently have four different scripts to choose from.
