Pilandok enhances monsoon outside PAR

Rains are expected to drench parts of Luzon and the Visayas as tropical storm Krovanh, with the local name Pilandok, continues to enhance the southwest monsoon or habagat, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
