Turkiye's 3-Year Roadmap Expects Economic Growth, Decreasing Inflation

Turkiye's economic growth, which is expected to reach 3.3% in 2026, is projected to gradually strengthen over the next three years. These figures are outlined in the three-year roadmap for development in a medium-term programme, which was announced by Turkish Vice President Cevdet Yilmaz at a meeting at the Presidential Palace in Ankara, TRT Haber reported on Sunday. According to the released data, the Turkish economy is projected to gradually accelerate to 4.2% in 2027, 4.6% in 2028, and 5% in 2029. Inflation, which is projected to be 28.4% at the end of 2026, is expected to decline to 21% in 2027, 13.5% in 2028, and 9% in 2029. Turkiye's exports are projected to reach USD 282 billion by the end of this year, USD 294 billion in 2027, and USD 308.5 billion by the end of the three-year programme.
