Police will not raise boat that capsized in San Francisco Bay

The San Francisco Police Department said Friday it will not raise the boat that capsized in San Francisco Bay in July. The decision comes two months after the boat named Volare capsized. Four of its 20 passengers died, including one who is presumed missing. Police are still working to understand what triggered the disaster, but they said they can do so without salvaging the boat.
