Ukraine preparing 2027 budget with USD 32.6B funding gap, Finance Minister says

Ukraine’s baseline annual need for external financing remains at around $50 billion. At the same time, if the war continues, the country’s preliminary unfunded financing need for 2027 is estimated at $32.6 billion.
