Claims that Sweden Democrat official spread pro-Russian propaganda

A Sweden Democrat official has for a number of years allegedly been spreading pro-Russian narratives in articles and posts on social media that come from authorities close to the Kremlin. The revelations, published on Thursday by the anti-racism foundation Expo, claim that the woman, currently on parental leave, is living with a high-ranking Sweden Democrat official who works at the Government Offices. Sweden Democrat leader Jimmie Åkesson said at a press conference, Friday that the claims are "very serious" but it will take time for the party to get to the bottom of the matter.
