A Gilroy man was officially charged Friday with molesting three 10-year girls while working as a summer camp counselor. The case also brought California’s bail debate back into the spotlight after victims came forward, one-by-one, leading Anthony Joseph Ramos to be arrested three times. Judge Stuart Scott agreed and said he was convinced Ramon was a potential danger to the community. Ramon was then put into handcuffs.
