Dyson refreshes its Corrale straighteners to COOL your hair after straightening

Dyson has refreshed its Corrale straighteners to cool your hair for the first time. For its next-generation Corrale straighteners, Dyson engineers borrowed an innovation built for its Solarcycle light desk lamp. This uses a vacuum-sealed copper tube to continuously draw heat away from the LEDs, which Dyson says ensures the bulbs maintain the same light quality over 60 years. That same technology — to actively remove heat — comes to the fore in the new Dyson Corrale CoolShine straighteners. From the outside, it's easy to spot the difference between this refreshed model and the original Corrale straighteners, which debuted back in March 2020. A pair of heat-extracting pipes clip around the top of the straighteners, so the last thing that touches your hair as you use the Corrale CoolShine is the first-of-its-kind cooling element. Inside these attachments is a small amount of distilled water that's piped around the copper tubes to draw excess heat away from the hair strands. LATEST DEVELOP
