Nearly 400 participants from around 20 Bulgarian folklore groups from eight European countries are expected to take part in the Burgas Ni Sabira (Burgas Brings Us Together) festival, which will be held in Burgas from September 18 to 20,. said Radoslava Nedyalkova, chairwoman of the Association of Bulgarian Folklore Ensembles Abroad (ABFEA) in an interview with BTA’s BG World section. “These are Bulgarian dance and singing groups established abroad by people who preserve Bulgarian folklore as an important part of their identity and pass it on to the next generations,” she said.
