Half of Americans Admit to Spending Too Much Time on Phones

A new study from the Pew Research Center showed that half of American adults admit they spend too much time on their phones, with 1-in-4 saying they are scrolling on their phones “almost constantly.” People under 30 had even higher numbers, with about 70% saying they should cut back on their usage.
