The Municipality of Varna is beginning to restrict access to five illegal structures in the Baba Alino area, the municipal administration announced. The buildings, whose electricity and water supplies have been disconnected, will be marked with barrier tape, seals and signatures. Tampering with these restrictions will be subject to sanctions. The measure is implemented in accordance with orders issued under the Spatial Development Act to halt construction and remove the illegal structures, the administration said. Since they were built without the required documents and permits, were not designed or constructed under supervision, and do not have certificates for commissioning, they are legally considered structures rather than completed residential properties and are potentially unsafe for habitation. The municipality said that the water and electricity supplies to five illegal structures in the Forest Club complex have been disconnected pursuant to an order issued by the Mayor of Varn
