Truck tips over and loses load on overpass over North Loop 610; vehicle below impaled by pole

Authorities say North Loop 610 at the Eastex Freeway is currently closed in both directions after a truck hauling gravel and other items tipped over while on an overpass above and spilled contents on the freeway below.
